Biography
Susan Craig is an experienced residential landlord-tenant attorney and has provided solutions for both landlords and tenants in many dozens of cases. She is also a highly experienced district court housing session mediator and has conducted hundreds of landlord-tenant mediations in the Chelsea, Malden, Brookline, and Woburn District Courts and is credited with saving the court system tremendous effort through bringing recalcitrant parties together.
She has twice presented at Harvard Law School on the subject of landlord-tenant legal process and mediation. Susan also brings her mediation skills to the areas of divorce and separation issues and is also a deeply experienced child custody and juvenile welfare attorney with many years of experience.
