Samuel Chipman

Mr. Chipman started his professional career in 2000 in the insurance filed handling complex automotive personal and commercial claims from inception to disposition for national and regional insurance carriers. He broadened his experience in the claims field by representing insures in mediations and arbitrations resolving high-loss general liability matters.

Mr. Chipman upon graduation from law school in 2011, has worked exclusively in litigation both for firms with a plaintiff practice as well as defense matters. He has represented clients in arbitration forums as well as district and superior court. In the eleven years he has been practicing he has engaged in extensive investigation, discovery, and motion practice for civil cases.
